As we expand globally were looking for a highly driven and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Indonesia with a focus on engaging and qualifying leads in the United States market.
As an SDR focused on the US market youll be the first point of contact for prospective customers. Your primary responsibility will be outbound prospecting and lead qualification to support our growth in the US. Working closely with our US-based Account Executives youll book high-quality meetings and play a key role in building a strong sales pipeline across the region.
Outbound Prospecting: Identify and engage US-based prospects via cold calls emails and LinkedIn outreach.
Inbound Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify inbound leads from the US to ensure a smooth handoff to Account Executives.
Account Research & Targeting: Conduct deep research on target accounts (typicallyemployees) to identify key decision-makers.
Multi-Channel Outreach: Use tools like Salesforce HubSpot LinkedIn Sales Navigator Lusha and Smartlead to build and manage prospect lists.
Collaborate with AEs: Partner with US-based Account Executives to align on outreach strategy messaging and follow-up.
Track & Optimize: Maintain accurate CRM records track outreach metrics and continuously refine prospecting tactics to improve conversions.
Time Flexibility: Work hours will align partially with US time zones to ensure effective communication and engagement.
3 years of SDR or sales experience ideally in a SaaS or B2B tech company.
Proven track record in outbound prospecting and lead qualification particularly for US or Western markets.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency with tools like Salesforce HubSpot LinkedIn Sales Navigator Lusha and Smartlead.
Strong objection-handling consultative outreach and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated data-driven and results-oriented with a deep passion for sales and growth.
Comfortable working across time zones especially aligning with US working hours where necessary.
