As we expand our presence were looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound prospecting and qualify inbound leads in the Indonesia market.
Role Overview
As an Experienced SDR youll be the first point of contact for prospective customers playing a key role in fueling our growth. Your primary focus will be on outbound prospecting while also qualifying inbound leads. Youll work closely with our Account Executives (AEs) to book high-quality meetings and help convert prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting: Identify and engage potential customers via cold calling email outreach and LinkedIn messaging.
Inbound Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify inbound leads ensuring a smooth transition to AEs.
Account Research & Targeting: Research target accounts (typically companies withemployees) and identify key decision-makers.
Multi-Channel Outreach: Leverage tools like Salesforce HubSpot LinkedIn Sales Navigator Lusha and Smartlead to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Collaborate with AEs: Work closely with Account Executives to strategize on outreach and account penetration.
Track & Optimize Performance: Maintain detailed records in CRM track outreach performance and optimize tactics to improve conversion rates.
What Were Looking For
5 years of SDR or sales experience preferably in a SaaS or B2B technology company.
Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia (bilingual required).
Familiarity with Salesforce HubSpot LinkedIn Sales Navigator Lusha and Smartlead.
Ability to handle objections build rapport and drive interest in Josys solutions.
A data-driven and results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
