Senior Officer Data Management
Responsibilities:
Design and plan for data management implementation and monitoring
Develop standards guidelines and procedures based on data governance framework to maintain data quality consistency integrity and security
Streamline data enablement and data collaboration
Support project planning and management to ensure project milestones are met and followed best practice and governance frameworks
Coordinate with delivery team on data management tools development and deployment
Communicate with stakeholders resolve conflicts and provide solutions in a timely manner
Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager as appropriate
Requirements:
University graduate or above in Business Administration Law Computer Science IT Engineering Economics or related subject
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in data projects or management related work.
Knowledge of data management methodologies and approaches
Knowledge of data governance practices business and technology issues related to management of enterprise information assets and approaches related to data protection is preferred
Experienced in data governance and management tools
Demonstrated consulting skills with change management concepts and strategies including communication and culture change
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Able to work independently manage multi-task and work under pressure
Self-motivated organized and being a good team player
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
