Facility Engineer Electrical
Package:
- Mon Friday 9am -6pm
- AL 12
- Medical insurance
- Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Direct and assign work orders to the technical team for regular maintenance and repair activities.
- Offer technical support for electrical and mechanical improvement projects.
- Plan and carry out scheduled maintenance tasks as designated.
- Oversee the progress of all outsourced projects and tenant fit-out initiatives.
- Prepare and submit procurement requests for goods and services to senior management.
- Support the testing and commissioning of tenant fit-outs and facilitate the handover of premises to new tenants.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
- 4 years of relevant experience in electrical and/or MVAC operations and maintenance with a strong preference for data center experience.
- Knowledgeable in UPS systems generators chiller plants and low-voltage switchboards are preferred .
