Senior Technical Project Manager - Intralogistics (m/f/x)

The role

As a Senior Technical Project Manager Intralogistics you will be responsible for the preparation coordination and monitoring of strategic development projects with conveying and storage technology in fulfillment. Youll be an integral part to build the future fulfillment network for HelloFresh and to achieve the ambitious growth targets of our business.

What youll do

• Manage the planning design implementation of complex intralogistics automation projects and lead them to success in terms of timelines budget and performance.
• Dive deep 1 into hardware engineering and installation of conveyor systems to deliver the most efficient automation system for shop-floor operations
• Dive deep 2 into innovation concepts (e.g. Robotics AI applications AMRs AGVs) and create respective business cases with recommendations for higher Management
• Be the central interface of the Automation workstream for internal stakeholders such as Construction Operations as well as external conveyor system suppliers
• Apply project management best practices tools and techniques to ensure the highest quality of documentation communication and risk management

What youll bring

• University degree in technical logistics economics engineering or comparable
• Experience in planning and/or implementing intralogistics hardware solutions.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in sectors such as manufacturing and production planning (intra)logistics automation engineering logistics planning construction industry project management or consulting managing large international projects with a logistics focus.
• Proven efficient working methods (e.g. through PRINCE2 certification or similar) combined with a highly analytical and solution-oriented mindset to set up complex Greenfield and retrofit projects.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) are required any other additional language skills would be a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Europe and Overseas (around 20-30% of your working time depending on the project phase).
