Key Responsibilities:
- HR Partnership:
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to align HR initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Act as a advisor on HR-related matters (with Co-work with COE & SSC) providing insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
- Follow up the development and implementation of people strategies that support business growth and transformation.
- HR Operations and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all local state and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Learn how to manage employee relations issues including grievances disciplinary actions and terminations while maintaining a fair and consistent approach.
- Co-work with HR SSC on HR administrative functions such as onboarding offboarding benefits administration and record-keeping.
- Continuous Improvement and Data Analytics:
- Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends make data-driven decisions to support on N1 and measure the effectiveness of HR programs with guidance.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in HR operations.
- Responsible for the HR dashboard build up in 2025 with co-work with HR COE team.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 3 years of experience in HR preferably in a corporate or business partner role.
- Knowledge: Good understanding of HR practices employment laws and best practices in talent management.
- Skills: Excellent communication (Good Oral English) analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Competencies: logical thinker results-oriented and a strong advocate for employee engagement and well-being.
