DescriptionAs an ideal candidate you will come with a proven track record of launching and owning L&D and train the trainer programs. You will work with stakeholders across the OCI business Human Resources Talent Acquisition and a newly formed OCI Data Center Learning & Development team to pull together a scalable and comprehensive train the trainer program and manage our internal network of trained facilitators and trainers. You will work to address how we onboard large groups of new hires at scale on a regular basis through onsite trainers. You will effectively communicate project status and demonstrate act now and iterate.
Specific responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):
Deliverables: You will create a scalable train the trainer program and maintain the trainer/facilitator internal network.
Expansion: After initially rolling out the program you will take learnings and feedback to support expansion of this onboarding model to existing and new sites for OCI data centers globally.
Stakeholder Relationships: You will collaborate with and build relationships with stakeholders from front-line managers to leaders across OCI Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

ResponsibilitiesBasic Qualifications
Bachelors degree
3 years of relevant experience in program management or HR
Highly skilled with Word Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work in ambiguity manage multiple projects prioritize tasks and deliver
Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
Exceptional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills and experience interacting with both business and development/engineering staff at all levels
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud infrastructure services
Experience launching and owning early career programs
Ability to think broadly and strategically
