We are seeking a Senior Smart TV Frontend Developer to design develop and enhance applications for Smart TVs. The ideal candidate should have experience creating single-page applications (SPAs) with or similar frameworks and integrating video streaming APIs to ensure a seamless user experience. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to implement UX/UI designs and optimize performance for Smart TV platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining SPAs for LG WebOS and Samsung Tizen Smart TVs.
- Integrating video streaming APIs and backend services.
- Optimizing application performance for smooth playback and efficient resource usage.
- Implementing UX/UI designs tailored for large screens and remote navigation.
- Collaborating with QA and other teams for testing and debugging.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in or similar front-end frameworks.
- Experience with Smart TV platforms (WebOS Tizen) and their SDKs.
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6) RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Familiarity with video streaming technologies (HLS DASH) and responsive design for TV interfaces.
