You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWere looking for a HR Executive/Senior Executive to manage the HR operations focusing on employment contract management as well as providing support for the annual promotion and tenure processes for the faculty population at the University. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our HR processes.
Responsibilities:
Support HR operations in Faculty matters related to Appointment Reappointment Job Changes and Promotion in alignment with Universitys policies and guidelines.
Ensure letters applicable to job changes are prepared accurately and issued timely to employees
Ensure data accuracy in updates of all entries in HR Information System
Coordinate activities in supporting University-level meetings related to Faculty Promotion and Tenure exercises
Ensure tasks and enquiries undertaken are resolved and completed in a timely manner in accordance with the service level agreements (SLA)
Participate in projects and process reviews
Collaborate and build good working relationships with stakeholders within the University
Requirements
Diploma in Business administration Human Resources Social Sciences or a related discipline with 4 years of experience OR
Degree in Business administration Human Resources Social Sciences or a related discipline with 2 years of experience
Excellent communication planning organisation interpersonal skills and able to work independently
Able to handle high volume of transactional work
Strong writing skills
Good understanding of common HR practices and Employment related legislation
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word and Excel)
Positive attitude with a service-oriented mind-set
Working knowledge with Workday is advantageous
