Youll be joining the team leading Entrusts Identity portfolio including the solutions formerly Onfido (AI-powered digital identity solution). With the completed acquisition Entrust now provides the industrys most comprehensive portfolio of AI-powered identity-centric security solutions.
Our technology helps businesses verify real identities using AI and biometrics ensuring secure remote customer and business onboarding. By assessing government-issued IDs and facial biometrics with innovative dashboards and fraud signals we provide companies with the assurance they need to operate securely while allowing people to access services quickly and safely.
Were looking for a mid-level Product Designer to join our Connect team at Entrust.
The Connect team within Identity Security is responsible for shaping how we design and scale our flagship identity product Workflow Studio. We verify a person is who they say they are when signing up for a new service (like an online bank account) usually with a photo of a government issued ID and a quick scan of their face. Studio enables our customers to manage their integrations fraud detection and understand and action the results from these checks to ensure good users are onboarded quickly and effectively while blocking potential fraudsters..
Well look to you to provide the design expertise needed to bring a compelling and effective creative vision to life. Youll become a reliable credible contributor working closely with product management engineering and others across the company to build experiences that impact our users clients and our business.
Youll join a highly collaborative Product and Design team. We value creativity initiative and having fun while we work. We will provide you with the mentorship and support you need to do your best work and to grow as a professional.
What youll do at Entrust
- Engage in all stages of the user research and product design process.
- Collaborate on problems with experts in different fields ranging from AI engineers to document specialists.
- Inform and validate your designs with user research and user testing
- Deliver high-quality solutions and work with the engineering team to make them come to life.
- Identify success metrics and measure the impact of your work.
- Join workshops and critique sessions to bring forward new ideas and continuously improve our products and processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in product UX or interaction design preferably in a tech-driven environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design visual craft and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with design tools (e.g. Figma Sketch Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Youre able to decompose a design vision into a phased plan for execution ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- You have excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to present design concepts and strategies clearly.
- You have a proved track record of working with engineers and product managers to prioritize a user-centric approach to product development.
- You improve processes and the way we work together.
