Job Description
Our client is a well-established Investment Bank. They are looking for a Corporate Access Analyst to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Equity Sales Analyst and ECM team to build relationship with Hong Kong and China corporates
- Assist on coordinating different events or roadshow
- Manage travel arrangements for corporates or investors
- Prepare meeting materials for client meetings as well as corporate roadshows
- Liaise with offshore event & roadshow coordinators on conference logistics arrangements planning and brand building
- Build and maintain a record of all investor meetings
- Prepare reporting to senior management and various internal stakeholders
Requirements
- University degree in Business Marketing or a related discipline
- At least 2 years working experience in Corporate Access Investor Relations or Public Relations
- Previous corporate access experience in the financial field will be an advantage
- Familiar with MS office and a team player
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
