You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailResearch Assistant I/II (holding the functional title of Project Officer) in the Centre for Civil Society and Governance (Ref.: 532722) (to commence as soon as possible for one year with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability)
Applicants should hold a Bachelors degree or higher in Social Design Communication Architecture or a related discipline. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is required along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should be creative with excellent copywriting or visualization abilities capable of conveying stories concisely and articulating ideas clearly.
Applicants should be able to work independently and possess good problem-solving skills. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of visual interpretation would be advantageous. Preference will be given to those with experience in Conservation Sustainability Rural/Urban Revitalization Community Planning and Place-making.
The appointee will be responsible for coordinating promoting and delivering rural revitalization and sustainability programmes as well as undertaking other duties assigned by the Center Director. The project sites include Lai Chi Wo Mui Tsz Lam and Kop Tong. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team the appointee will closely engage with various stakeholders and partners to develop these programmes. The role may involve outdoor work and occasional weekend or public holiday shifts. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
