Job Summary
Member of MandPM Product Group team. Independently drives specific projects and business analysis on product lifecycle management and product PandL. Participates in ensuring value driven innovation for specific product developments.
What you will do
- Drive New Product Introduction using Solution Lifecycle Management (SLM) process and tools
- Deploy Packaging Solution with our specialists across market including Marketing Services Commercial Business Insights & Analytics Service etc
- Support in Portfolio Competency build up coordinate portfolio webinars and NPI workshops etc.
- Collect VOC and market requirementsprovide feedback to global Packaging solution - Identify gaps and needs build into CSN (Customer Solution Needs) cycle for prioritization and development
- Support local value research and value proposition for new products and end-to-end solutions
- Monitor Portfolio profitability on regular basis to drive action with relevant stakeholders
- Join external event FBIF CDIA etc to undertand external evnirmement marekt innovatiation
We believe you have
- A Bachelors degree ideally the area of in an Engineering or related field
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Portfolio/Product Management or Sales/Marketing
- Strong analysic and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal & influencing skills including project management skills would be required
- Capability of managing complex stakeholders both internal and external at all levels of the organization
- Working knowledge of the industry preferred
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and work with complex details
- Fluent English skills required (writing and speaking)
