Job Description

At Doss were building an AInative ERP to unlock the next generation of automation. Our team rewrote 50 years of legacy software to drive a stepfunction improvement in how supply chain operations and finance organizations execute. We need more people to help us build and sell.

Were seeking a founding RevOps leader to architect our gotomarket (GTM) machine for insane speed and precision. This is an inperson role based in San Francisco.

This is a rare opportunity to join early and build a function that youll eventually scale into a team.

Above all else this role is about creating leveragethrough smart systems scalable tools and clear insights that lead to better decisions.

What Youll Own (And Iterate)

  • Systems Architecture: Design and implement the GTM data model and toolchain. Ensure clean objects precise definitions and eliminate data silos. Start with AInative approaches where appropriate.

  • Signal Integration: Aggregate first and third-party data into our stack. Automate routing enforce SLAs and handle deduplication flawlessly using rules plus LLMpowered enrichment when it drives measurable lift.

  • Analytics Foundation: Create a single source of truth for pipeline and deal velocity metrics. Build dashboards that teams actually use and trust. Hold a high bar for data quality latency and safety across AIpowered workflows.

  • Operational Cadence: Lead deal reviews campaign retros and partner pipelines with tight feedback loops and clear accountability. Collaborate with product and engineering to ship secure reliable and observable AI features that plug into the GTM stack.

  • AI Automation and CoPilots: Build and deploy AI tools that automate repetitive RevOps tasks enrich signals score and route leads draft outreach summarize calls and surface nextbest actions. Ship working prototypes quickly evaluate with A/B tests and metrics and productize what works.

Who You Are

  • Systems thinker and builder who sees growth as more than just sales calls - its data infrastructure coordination and iteration.

  • Highintensity highintegrity leader who sets the pace owns outcomes and energizes the team.

  • Productoriented operator who understands APIs webhooks and data modeling - comfortable bridging tools and business performance.

  • AIfluent innovator who can design prototype and deploy AI workflows that transform traditional RevOps processes.

  • Clear communicator who excels in writing and presenting from oneonones to executive reviews.

Your Experience

  • 5 years in RevOps Sales Ops or GTM Ops at highgrowth B2B SaaS companies.

  • Proven track record owning the full GTM stack (CRM enrichment sequencing attribution BI) and improving funnel efficiency.

  • Handson experience with AI in GTM contexts for example:

    • Prompt and tool design for LLMs and agent workflows

    • Integrating AI with CRMs and data warehouses via APIs and webhooks

    • Shipping small services or scripts in Python/TypeScript to glue systems together

Compensation

  • The salary range for this role is $150K-$200K.

  • All compensation packages include equity because we believe employees building Doss deserve ownership. Salary and equity offered will be determined by several factors including jobrelated skills experience and relevant education or training.
