Job Description
Employment Type: Full-Time Employment
Work Setup: 100% Onsite
Work Schedule: Night Shift (Following U.S. Eastern Time Zone)
Location: Eastwood Libis Quezon City
Salary Package: 40000 to 45000 PHP/Monthly
Job Description:
- Oversee a group of associates in performance address behaviors/opportunities and monitor progress.
- Regularly coach associates on their performance to ensure key metrics are achieved.
- Identify performance related issues develop an action plan for improvement and implement corrective action.
- Ensure that contractual Key Performance Indicator and financial expectations are delivered
- Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of Supervisory / Team Lead experience in Business Process Outsourcing / Call Center
- Proven Sales background
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to mentor coach and provide direction to a team of employees
- Amenable to work in Eastwood City Libis
