Job Description
Job Title: IT Project Manager
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of cognate experience in IT project management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating complex projects from initiation to completion ensuring timely delivery stakeholder satisfaction and risk management.
Expertise in any of the following project areas is an added advantage:

- Zero Data Loss Recovery Appliance (ZDLRA)
- Dell Cyber Recovery Solution (CRS)
- HPE HCI (SimpliVity)
- Core Banking Refresh
- Archival Solution
- Data Warehouse (DWH) Infrastructure
- Core Network Refresh
- Network Micro-Segmentation
- Stratus Infrastructure
- Software/Application Projects
- Organize and coordinate project teams and stakeholders from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans charters and Statements of Work (SOW).
- Conduct and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and process analysis.
- Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and work plans.
- Estimate project costs manage budgets and ensure financial accountability.
- Monitor project risks mitigate challenges and ensure compliance with project goals.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion while maintaining quality standards.
- Improve business processes by breaking them down into specific steps for better outcomes.
- Organize and manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprints reviews and retrospectives.
- Ensure seamless project go-live and post-implementation customer satisfaction.
- Strong experience with Jira Confluence Xray MS Visio/Lucidchart Slack SharePoint.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Access MSTeams).
- Exceptional communication leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Certified Agile Project Manager (IAPM)
- Professional in Project Management (PPM)
