Job Description
MAIN PURPOSE
The Boutique Supervisor will be responsible for assisting Boutique Manager with the daily operations of the boutique.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supporting and implementing retail strategies
Providing training and coaching of sales team
Interacting with clients and drive performance through appropriate sales techniques
Maintaining a high level of brand image
Cultivating and maintaining excellent client relationships
JOB PROFILE
3 years retail supervisory experience in contemporary or luxury fashion
Good command of spoken English Mandarin and Cantonese
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem solving service-oriented and reliable
