CNC Lead 2nd Shift
Location: Eastlake OH
Are you a seasoned CNC machinist with leadership skills ready to take on a bigger role Were looking for a CNC Lead to join our 2nd shift team and help guide operations in a high-tech fast-paced environment. If you enjoy problem-solving mentoring others and take pride in delivering precision work this could be the perfect opportunity.
What Youll Do:
As the go-to person on 2nd shift youll lead a team of machinists support production flow and keep jobs running smoothly. Youll get hands-on with CNC mills and lathes set up machines troubleshoot and make sure quality standards are met every time. Along the way youll train and support othershelping them grow while keeping the shift on track.
