PRTR IT Recruitment is looking for a Cloud Engineer to join our client who focuses on Information Technology.
Job Description:
- Installing and configuring the usage of various cloud services on a global cloud.
- Maintaining and ensuring the availability of services on the global cloud at all times.
- Monitoring tracking and alerting when anomalies in services on the global cloud are detected.
- Managing and optimizing the usage of resources on the global cloud to ensure efficiency.
- Implementing improving and troubleshooting cloud services in line with the SLA or as assigned.
- Creating plans and executing various processes on the global cloud (Process Planning Management).
- Creating plans for improvements fixes and changes to services on the global cloud (Change Management).
- Documenting detailed structures of services on the global cloud and presenting them to users.
- Preparing reports summarizing resource usage on the global cloud and presenting them to users.
- Troubleshooting network system issues on the global cloud.
- Implementing and monitoring the resolution of network access issues via Palo Alto software on AWS and Azure clouds.
- Implementing and monitoring the resolution of network access issues on Google Cloud.
- Researching studying and staying updated on various services on the global cloud continuously.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT cloud engineering or related fields.
- Strong understanding of network firewall management routing and policies.
- Strong knowledge of cloud structures concepts and management including private/public cloud and multi-cloud.
- Experience with Palo Alto products.
