Job Summary
We are looking for Product Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on improving manufacturing processes and product quality through data-driven analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect and analyze production data to identify root causes of issues and propose corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement projects to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
- Work closely with teams across different departments including Quality Production and Design to implement solutions effectively.
- Assist in new product introduction and process validation activities.
Qualifications :
REQUIRED:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Science or related field.
- 13 years of experience in product process or quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
PREFERRED:
- Basic understanding of statistical process control and continuous improvement concepts.
SKILLS:
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills with basic knowledge of root cause analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel Minitab or similar) is a plus.
