What You Will Do:

Lead Prospecting:

  • Research and identify potential leads using various tools and platforms including ZoomInfo LinkedIn 6Sense and industry databases.
  • Engage with prospects through cold calls and email outreach to generate interest in our services.

Lead Qualification:

  • Conduct initial conversations with prospects to understand their needs challenges and pain points.
  • Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet our target customer profile and qualifications.

Appointment Setting:

  • Schedule meetings and platform demonstrations for qualified leads with the sales team.
  • Follow up with prospects to ensure they attend meetings and provide necessary information.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Account Executives or Sales Team to align on lead generation strategies and target market/industries.
  • Share insights and feedback from prospects to improve lead generation tactics.

CRM Management:

  • Accurately record and manage meeting tasks and prospect information in the CRM system (Example Salesforce).
  • Track progress and update records with relevant details from interactions and meetings.

Performance or KPI

  • Meet key performance metrics such as qualified meetings booked and pipeline growth.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve booking strategies and increase Pipeline growth.

What You Bring

  • Previous cold call or call center experience
  • Previous experience on the use of a CRM or tool that helps centralize client/account data
  • 2-3 years sales related experience in inside sales or sales support specifically in B2B selling (preferred not required) with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build professional rapport quickly by phone or email
  • Highly proficient computer skills including internet SFDC email MS Word Excel PowerPoint
  • Bachelors Degree or successful completion of a vocational certificate
  • Salesforce experience desired but not mandatory
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong interest in a sales career
  • Team player capable of working in a collaborative environment
