The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Project Management team you plan and oversee projects to achieve timely completion within budget defizne clear goals and provide thorough specifications for proposed solutions. As a Senior Associate you analyze complex problems mentor others and maintain exemplary standards while building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You focus on relationship building managing others navigating complexity and personal growth leveraging your adept project management and agile mindset and engaging with global clients.

Responsibilities

- Plan and oversee projects to achieve timely completion and adherence to budget

- Define clear objectives and provide thorough specifications for proposed solutions

- Track project resources prepare budgets and monitor progress

- Keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle

- Confirm delivery outcomes meet quality standards

- Build and maintain enduring client relationships

- Mentor and guide team members to foster growth

- Navigate complex situations with an agile mindset

What You Must Have

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering (Industrial Systems Architecture Systems Telecommunications Electronic etc.) or Business (Finance Economics Management Information Systems (MIS) Business Administration

- 4years of experienceinprojectmanagementoperations preferablyattopcompanies. Experienceattopconsulting firm is a plus.

- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP)or CAPMand Scrum Master

- Proficient Project Management and Agile Mindset

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge & understanding of clients and provides delivery effectiveness in the following five primary areas:

  • Enterprise Program Management - working in the assessment of client needs and capabilities
  • Providing tools methodologies and guidance toestablishor improve client delivery
  • Supporting delivery planning scoping dependency/risk management resources deployment quality control and reporting
  • Strategy Governance and Management - supporting the team in providing advice and oversight to clients in evaluation of delivery alternatives andassistingin structuring a plan & mobilizing resources to deliver outcomes
  • Supporting delivery execution through evaluation of delivery roadmaps and providing recommendations for effectiveness

Planning & Execution Management

  • Demonstrating proven abilities and success as a team leader
  • Creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations

  • Providing candid meaningful feedbackin a timely manner
  • Keeping leadership informed of progress and issues

  • Possessing a clear end-to-end understanding of the procurement process
  • Establishing thatappropriate lifecycleresourcing training toolingsupportand documentation is delivered with a formal project sign-off from all key stakeholders

  • Demonstrating proven abilities and success withidentifyingand addressing client needs
  • Activelyparticipatingin client discussions and meetings
  • Communicating a broad range of Firm services
  • Managing projects including preparing conciseaccuratedocuments and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues
