Job Summary:
As a Senior Project Manager in our SPMS practice you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to help clients implement innovative solutions optimize operational processes and harness cutting-edge technologies. Within our SPMS practice you will guide organizations in balancing long-term strategic goals with urgent business needs to maximize investments and ensure alignment with overall corporate objectives.
Leveraging your solid expertise in project and program management combined with advanced data analysis skills you will enhance project delivery by identifying alternative approaches driving continuous alignment with business strategy and setting the foundation and pace of programs from inception. Your ability to respond promptly and effectively to challengesparticularly in dynamic or crisis situationswill ensure value extraction from both traditional and agile program delivery methodologies.
This senior-level role emphasizes comprehensive project portfolio management focusing on stakeholder engagement client relationship management and delivery excellence. You will be responsible for producing high-quality insights and reports proactively identifying risks and opportunities and effectively utilizing advanced project management and data visualization tools to drive strategic decision-making.

Minimum Degree Required:

Preferred Field(s) of Study (but not limited to):
Preferred candidates hold degrees in areas such as Computer Science Engineering (Industrial Systems Telecommunications Electronics) Business Administration Finance Economics or Management Information Systems.
Additional considerations:
Candidates with interdisciplinary backgrounds that combine business and technology such as Business Analytics or Technology Management are also highly encouraged to apply. Minimum Years of Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience combining Business Analysis and Project/Program Management roles.
- Proven experience in complex and dynamic environments preferably within industries such as technology financial services healthcare consumer markets or consulting.
- Strong background in portfolio program and project management including both agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and traditional approaches (Waterfall).
- Hands-on experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients managing expectations and stakeholder relationships at various organizational levels.
- Track record in advanced data analysis applied to strategic decision-making for projects and programs including data visualization and reporting using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience in risk identification and management contingency planning and responding effectively during crisis or high-uncertainty situations.
