Opportunity Overview
Customer production support and maintenance role for Semiconductor Automatic Test Equipment (Tester).
- Various types of trouble shooting and root cause analysis at customer production site.
- Maintenance and repair support work for Tester and its peripheral components.
- New Tester delivery/installation and production setup.
- Customer support on the phone service report creation.

Requirement and Skills
- Work experience of maintenance support and/or production support experience at an equipment industry.
- Rich and frequent customer communication.
- Minimum 3 years work experience.
Preferred Skills
- Work experience related to Semiconductor equipment industry.
- Product application knowledge and test program knowledge.
- Basic understanding of programming language
- Basic understanding of circuit schematic tracing
