問い合わせ対応
ペイロール関連プロジェクト
買収売却に伴う給与システム設定データ移行等のプロジェクトへの参加
新システム導入に関するプロジェクトへの参加
各社のプロセス統一に係るプロジェクトへの参加
Responsibility
-Collect and review payment request from stakeholder
-Review payroll calculation result for 5000 employees of 4 entities
-Year-end tax adjustment preparation and review
-Prepare statutory report such as Annual Tax report and etc
-Create and Review General Ledger Account reclass form and otherFinance report
-Prepare Tax Audit related data for both Internal and External Audit
-Answer enquiry from Employee and Stakeholder
-Work on multiple project with project team and vendor
-All other payroll related task
必要とするスキル
3年以上の給与計算経験(事業会社での経験)
社会保険や税金に関する知識
基本的な英語力があればなお可
Preferred Skill
-3 years strongpayroll operation experience
-Basic tax knowledge
-Basic social insurance knowledge
-Communication skill (Japanese: native English: intermediate and above)
-Basic PC skill (Excel and Word)
