IT Applications Support Analyst (1 Year Contract)
Responsibilities:
- Provide all-rounded support on related operation systems / applications
- Liaise with vendors toinvestigate and resolve incidents reported by users
- Analyze the issue trends for ways of preventing repeated future problems
- Participate in the maintenance of application support documentation procurement and tendering processes
- Maintain user satisfaction
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
- Tertiary Education or above majoring in Software Engineering Computer Science or equivalent disciplines
- 3-5 years of customer service working experience in troubleshooting software applications
- Knowledge in programming Oracle JD Edwards Oracle Hyperion Python Kissflow and Asset tracking system familiar with SQL reporting / BI tools will be a plus
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Client-oriented self-motivated good team player
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as IT Applications Support
