Job Description
KITE Search are currently working with a leading Hong Kong property developer with a strong land bank and a stable project pipeline. On hand they are developing some of the most prestigious residential projects in Hong Kong. As a result they are looking for a Building Services Co-ordinator to join their project team in Hong Kong
Responsibilities
- Responsible for monitoring and checking building services installations and ensuring that specifications work procedures work schedules and quality control of works are strictly followed
- Monitor the progress and carry out site inspection testing and commissioning of building services installations
- Check on site to ensure all installed materials comply with contract specifications and working procedures
- Assist project team / consultants to deal with and resolve all technical issues on site
- Monitor contractors defect rectification works to ensure quality and on-time completion
Requirements
- Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building Services or related disciplines
- At least 8 years of relevant on-site experience with 5 years in residential project preferred
- At least 3 years of experience on handover residential flat unit to property management and flat owners
- Prior experience with a property developer
- Proactive systematic and able to work under pressure
- Good computer knowledge
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
