-Fluent English communication capability in oral and written be able to work in English environment;

-Deep understanding of health system structure and operation mechanism especially on OTC ;

-Sensitive to health policy especially in OTC area;

-Good cooperation with health-related professional associations research institutions;

-Excellent large-scale program management skills;

-More than 5-year working experience in related government affairs in multinational healthcare company or government department;

-Bachelor degree or above in relevant fields such as medicine health policy etc.;

-Keep abreast of the progress of the policies of the medical insurance health drug supervision primary health care medical policy and other departments and industry information and analyze the impact on the companys OTC products;

-Maintain a smooth internal and external communication platform to ensure timely and effective communication of policy information and feedback and jointly create a policy environment conducive to development;
-;
Provide policy support for other departments to develop strategies and provide rationalization advice;
-;
-Participate in and coordinate with relevant departments of the company to solve emergencies such as: consumer complaints insufficient supply product launch and delisting. Participate in internal and external meetings and provide policy training;

-Support CGA program application implementation and process management and quality control ensure the project is effective reasonable and effective to maximize resources and business objectives;

-Constant cross-functional communications with HCC/Legal/Finance/PR/MA/MKT/Sales etc. for aligned strategy and information.
