Were excited to expand our team with an Audio Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving brand growth and awareness through podcast and audio partnerships. This individual will own Cozy Earths audio strategy-identifying negotiating and scaling high-impact podcast sponsorships while leading a small team and optimizing campaign performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Cozy Earths audio/podcast strategy to drive awareness engagement and conversions.
- Identify vet and manage partnerships with podcast hosts networks and platforms aligned with our target audience.
- Own the audio marketing budget ensuring spend is optimized and ROI-driven.
- Oversee a team of 23 specialists providing mentorship feedback and development support.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance; provide regular reporting and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative analytics and influencer teams to align messaging and track attribution.
- Stay up to date on podcast trends listenership behaviors and industry benchmarks to guide strategy.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 23 years of experience in audio influencer or performance marketing (podcast experience strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of media buying campaign optimization and performance metrics.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a knack for relationship building.
- Comfortable managing budgets timelines and multiple moving parts.
- Prior people management experience or team mentorship is a plus.
- Highly analytical and results-driven with a test-and-learn mindset.
- A passion for marketing storytelling and building meaningful brand partnerships.
