AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design planning delivery and operation of all AWS global other words were the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers storage networking power and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. Youll join a diverse team of software hardware and network engineers supply chain specialists security experts operations managers and other vital roles. Are you passionate about making an impact in the water industry We are looking for motivated self-starters that can work in a fast paced data-driven environment. The successful candidate will be an analytical problem solver and have an extremely high level of customer focus. This role will support our goal to be water positive by 2030 and deliver scalable water infrastructure. You will work backwards to define roadmaps and drive execution across stakeholders. This role will support AWSs sustainable infrastructure expansion by owning development of mechanisms and technology solutions that deliver automation data management and analytics to help achieve our scale. The candidate will be comfortable managing competing priorities and be able to bring clarity and order to ambiguous scenarios. A successful candidate will have a professional demeanor and be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical people at every level both internally and externally.
Key job responsibilities
Own program management throughout the entire lifecycle of technology solutions mechanisms and reporting.
Develop and maintain a roadmap of scheduled products defining new features to meet emerging customers needs.
Facilitate collaboration between engineering teams non-technical partners and stakeholders on global teams technology requirements goals and milestones.
Drive process improvement to streamline execution of technology solutions to completion.
Collaborate with global customers and stakeholders ensuring efforts are aligned with a cohesive scalable future vision and strategy.

5 years of technical infrastructure management experience
Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) in Engineering or similar field
Masters or MBA in related field
Proven experience leading initiatives related to water/utilities programs and products infrastructure development or data center planning
Proven experience diving deep into data existing processes people and systems in order to simplify complex processes
Experience with business intelligence platforms or building data analytics tools.
Proven track record partnering with business owners to understand requirements developing analysis to solve their business problems and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver results
Proven ability to interface successfully with senior leadership suppliers and customers

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
