Job Description
Job Title: Production Supervisor
JOB DETAILS:
- Were seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our luxury fashion house team.
- As a key member of our production team you will oversee daily production activities ensuring efficient and high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities
ADVERTISEMENT
- Supervise production staff to ensure timely and quality delivery of luxury fashion products
- Plan coordinate and monitor production schedules workflows and resources
- Collaborate with production management designers and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and quality standards
- Implement efficient production processes and quality control measures
- Identify and address production issues providing solutions to optimize output
- Maintain accurate records of production data inventory and staff performance.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess HND / Degrees
- 2 years of experience in production supervision preferably in a luxury fashion environment
- Strong knowledge of garment construction textiles and production processes
- Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office and production management software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Salary
N300000 N350000 Monthly.
