What Youll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients focused onfilm applications.
- Identify and develop high-potential prospects in theflexible packaging agriculture and industrial filmsectors.
- Promote Techmersvalue-added solutionsin color concentrates additives and sustainable formulations.
- Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting technical consultation negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with OEMs converters and brand owners to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure long-term satisfaction.
Were Looking For
- Degree inMechanical Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
- 5 years of experiencein theplastics industry with a strong focus onfilm extrusion and formulation.
- Solid understanding ofpolymer processingandfilm performance requirements.
- Experience in technical sales business development and customer support.
- Strong communication negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented proactive and self-motivated.
- Fluent English communication skills
