Responsibilities
Responsible for the diversification and success of Ninja Vans last mile interest away from last mile ecommerce volumes into diversified portfolios of Corporate Accounts and B2B channels
Responsible to create strategic planning budgeting & forecasting department P&L management and related measures of Department success
Providing strategic direction and planning towards navigating Ninja vans interest into B2B last mile deliveries
Customer Development Plans and Brickwalling Actions
Responsible for budget preparation forecasting and controlling to make sure Opex & Capex are available
Responsible of Manpower Planning for Corporate Sales Department
Responsible for managing and ensuring team members performance is aligned to the companys target
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (local and regional stakeholders) to align and ensure sales process and operation goes well
Requirements
Min. Bachelors from any major
8-10 years of experience in Corporate Sales Business Development or B2B last mile in a managerial role
Candidates must come from logistics express 3PL or aggregators from multinational or local company
Have a deep understanding of B2B products FTL and LTL Shipping
Must have prior experience in leading a nationwide sales team
Have a strong strategic thinking and communication with a strong business acumen
Data driven problem solving innovative and creative go-getter
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa
