Responsibilities:
- Prepare consolidated financial statements
- Prepare month-end quarter-end interim and year-end group reporting package and financial analysis
- Liaise with external auditors to handle annual audit and other assurance report where necessary
- Co-operate with the PRC and overseas finance and other teams to facilitate daily operation
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree holder in Accounting or related discipline
- HKICPA/ ACCA/ CPAA Qualified accountant
- At least 5 years ofwork experience in the Accounting field/ Big Four audit firms
- Experience in financial consolidation
- Effective communication and good presentation skills
- Independent self-motivation with business acumen
- Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- High proficient in MS Office applications especially Excel and PowerPoint
