A pessoa que ocupa a funo deve ter uma compreenso completa dos princpios e conceitos bsicos relacionados aos servios de pessoas.

Atividades:

  • Atende empregados ex-empregados e solicitaes de reas internas para dvidas e solicitaes relativas a Recursos Humanos (por telefone chat e-mail e portal);

  • Input e conferncia de dados em sistemas de Recursos Humanos;

  • Acompanhamento de casos complexos escalados para nvel II;

  • Atualizao da base de conhecimento;

  • Atingir mtricas estabelecidas globalmente - quantitativa e qualitativamente;

  • Identificar oportunidades nos processos e fluxos e buscar continuamente a melhoria contnua da operao.

  • Entre outras tarefas pertinentes a funo.

Additional Job Description

Hbrido - 2 dias Home-office

Requisitos Mandatrios:

  • Curso superior completo ou em andamento;

  • Pacote Office intermedirio;

  • Disponibilidade para atuar na planta de So Caetano do Sul.

Desejvel:

  • Experincia anterior em atendimento ao cliente;

  • Experincia com departamento pessoal;

  • Conhecimento no sistema Workday e Siebel;

  • Idiomas: Ingls avanado e espanhol intermedirio.

Competncias Desejveis:

  • Perfil analtico/ muito atento a detalhes;

  • Autonomia;

  • Hbil comunicador - para atendimento;

  • Capacidade de trabalhar sob presso e multitarefa;

  • Habilidade de digitao durante atendimento;

  • Trabalho em time;

  • Foco no Cliente - atuar para solucionar e direcionar as dvidas complexas;

  • Orientado para resultados e alta produtividade.
