Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive to support our Sales and Operations teams by handling key administrative tasks. Reporting directly to the Finance and Account Receivable Manager you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient processing of orders maintaining documentation and assisting with the smooth coordination between departments. This position is ideal for someone with a proactive mindset strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What Youll Do
- Coordinate with the BD (Business Development) team to prepare and issue Sales Orders/Invoices.
- Generate and monitor unbilled amounts to be sent to clients in a timely manner.
- Responsible for all sales activities including tracking campaign activities and following up on customer reports with the sales team.
- Register new clients in the system and check customer credit control.
- Monitor the credit limit of new clients.
Who You Are
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- 0-2 years of experience in Sales Administration Sales Coordination or Sales Support.
- Must have knowledge of AI adaptation in the job.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Flexible with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills in both Thai and English (written spoken and reading).
