Job Description

Are you dedicated to raising sales performance and establishing best-in-class practices Join BDR Thermea as our next Global Sales Force Effectiveness Manager and lead a transformative agenda that delivers profitable growth through sales excellence.

Your team

To accelerate our mission we have built a brand-new international commercial team reporting to the Global Sales and Marketing Excellence Director.Your team brings together Product Pricing Customer Concepts and Go-to-Market excellence to deliver market leading value propositions for our customers.

Your role

As our new Sales Force Effectiveness Manager you will uplift sales excellence across our field-based Residential Sales team to deliver revenue growth and increase market share. Youll define best practices set up KPIs and dashboards and ensure consistent CRM usage and quality. Your work will directly impact sales push via distributor partnerships and sales pull via installer engagement.

At the core of your role is embedding excellence in sales operationsfrom installer acquisition and loyalty programmes to performance management and digital-enabled tools.

Your key tasks

  • Steer execution across global field sales and distributor/installer channels.

  • Develop and track meaningful metrics monitor performance and adjust incentive structures.

  • Act as a Product Owner for CRM and related toolsgather requirements drive implementation and enforce usage.

  • Support both push distributor programmes and pull installer acquisition retention and loyalty efforts.

  • Facilitate structured discussions with country sales teams and initiate remediation based on KPI diagnostic

  • Identify talent coach sales teams encourage peer learning and roll out best practices.

Your first 6-12 months

  • Assess current sales processes across countries.

  • Design and launch a unified KPI and dashboard framework and lighthouse best practices.

  • Collaborate with country teams to optimize CRM usage and data quality and implement remediation where needed.

  • Support the growth of our heat-pump business by enabling installer transition and productivity.

What you bring

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a sales operations sales enablement or commercial excellence role.

  • A proven track record of driving sales excellence in field-based teams.

  • Strong analytical conceptual thinking and business judgment.

  • Hands-on CRM & dashboard experience and understanding of end-to-end sales relationships.

  • Excellent influencing skills and problem-solving mindset.

  • Passion for people development and capability building.

  • A Bachelors Degree in Business Economics or a related field.
