Job Description

Were looking for Field Services Techniciansbased in or around the North of England to join ourLocker Maintenance Team supporting the service repair and maintenance of our clients parcel locker systems across the UK.


This is a hands-on field-based role to maintain our clients sites. Tasks include Break-fix Maintenance software configuration quality control and providing technical support and training to colleagues and subcontractors.

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair faults on parcel locker machines (APMs) to ensure minimal downtime and maximum reliability.
  • Carry out maintenance hardware upgrades and software updates to enhance system performance.
  • Install & configure computer software/firmware on electronic and electromechanical equipment.
  • Accurately log process and report on all repairs using company communication platforms.
  • Manage tools spare parts and components effectively ensuring availability and compliance.
  • Provide technical support where required
  • Create and maintain technical manuals and service documentation.

Essential Skills &Experience:

  • Similar experience in a Field service technical role on and be proficient in the use of hand tools and diagnostic tools - (e.g. multi-meters) and hand tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to deliver technical training to colleagues and subcontractors.
  • High attention to detail in quality control and documentation/callout reporting via customer application
  • Organised able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to travel across the North of England
  • Familiarity with parcel locker systems or related service equipment is an advantage.
