Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Head of Data with a background in insurance banking or financial services to lead our data function. This role will focus on analyzing product performance and marketing campaigns to drive strategic business decisions. You will work closely with department heads and stakeholders to enhance data-driven insights across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and executing data strategies to improve product performance and marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborating with department heads to identify data opportunities and deliver actionable insights.
- Overseeing data analysis reporting and visualization to support business objectives.
- Managing relationships with stakeholders ensuring effective communication of data insights.
- Building and leading a high-performing data team.
- Implementing processes for data governance and quality to ensure data integrity.
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in data management and analytics.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in data analytics within insurance banking or financial services with a proven ability to manage large datasets.
- Strong experience with data tools (e.g. SQL Python Power BI).
- Management experience including team building and mentoring.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of actionable business insights.
- Strong communication skills to present complex data insights clearly.
