What you will do
In the public sector we advise municipalities provinces other (semi-)government institutions hospitals and foundations. We also advise wealthy individuals on asset management business succession and other words a wide range of tasks allowing you to eventually decide your own direction! Additionally we are a nationwide business unit providing the opportunity to work with diverse individuals while having a dedicated team at your own office.
At MM-PS the focus is on corporate tax income tax dividend tax inheritance and gift tax and international taxes like treaties. As a Consultant Middle Markets Public Sector:
You will be involved with (cross-border) business restructurings business succession and acquisition processes opening balance discussions interest deduction limitations and consultations/discussions with the Tax Authority. This practice is characterized by extensive client contact.
You will collaborate with colleagues on tax issues for international private enterprises such as portfolio companies of private equity funds or large family businesses which often conduct the majority of their activities in the Netherlands.

Have a university study background in Tax Law or Tax Economics;

Enjoy working in a team where various ideas and perspectives are incorporated into the work.
