Job Description Summary
Join us in shaping the future of healthcare through real-world evidence. As the Real-World Evidence Lead youll drive impactful studies and collaborate across teams to deliver insights that improve patient access and outcomes. The RWE Lead provides epidemiological expertise and project management to deliver innovative scientifically robust evidence that supports patient access to treatments. The role involves designing and executing RWE studies leveraging real-world data (RWD) and integrating evidence generation into strategic planning.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead real-world evidence generation plans aligned with therapeutic area strategies and access goals
Deliver RWE studies on time and within budget ensuring scientific rigor and compliance
Provide methodological expertise for observational and epidemiologic research initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate RWE into brand strategy and evidence planning
Build strategic partnerships to access external data sources and ensure data governance
Disseminate health outcomes through scientific venues and local cross-functional plans
Oversee medical governance of evidence generation activities and ensure audit readiness
Essential Requirements
University degree in bioscience medical sciences or health economics; PhD preferred
Proven experience conducting registry or database claims or other RWE studies with epidemiological expertise
Strong strategic mindset and knowledge of medical market access or outcomes research
Familiarity with Czech healthcare systems and access processes
Understanding of product lifecycle from development to post-launch evidence needs
Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English and Czech
Desirable Requirements
Experience collaborating with payors and key opinion leaders and health authorities to shape evidence strategies
Familiarity with visualization and decision-support tools for RWE dissemination
