Main Purpose of the Job:
In charge of EHS management of ARCADIS projects and promote EHS standard in every project.

Job Description (Key Responsibilities):
Manage EHS engineers under Project Director Supervision.
Hold weekly EHS meeting.
Attend weekly PM meeting and reports EHS work.
Review EHS daily report and publish to client and GC.
Work out EHS procedures and emergency plans for the construction project.
Publish Safety Infringement Notice Safety Correction Requisition and Field Directive to GC and follow-up the corrective actions.

Carry out accident investigation and finish the report.
Supervise and audit GCs EHS management system and relevant document.
Supervise daily work of GCs EHS department.
Check and audit GCs employees construction work require them to take corrective action when problem found.
Know Clients EHS requirement in time and take action.
Make sure safety performance of GC to meet requirement of China safety regulations and client.
Promote and implement the best industry practice
Provide ESH audit for the project managed by Arcadis
Liaise with Arcadis regional ESH manager review and improve Arcadis internal process and procedure regularly
Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications Experience Skills & Behaviours)
Bachelor Degree or above in relevant field;
Minimum 10 years working experience in EHS field;
Be familiar with national and international EHS standards and regulations
Be able to multitask and manage priorities
Pro-active approach - able to identify areas of need
Be able to adopt change according to company business plan
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Good English both spoken and written
Safety License holders are preferred;
