Job Description

Description of Service Opportunity:

The Bridge coordinator will collaborate with CRLS Administration and Guidance teams to identify students who would benefit from a hybrid or asynchronous approach to learning. They will help with onboarding the identified students into the Bridge program at HSEP work with the educators at HSEP to schedule the appropriate courses for the student set times for weekly in-person or virtual check-ins and act as a liaison to families to explain the program and its benefits. The coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining contact with CRLS Deans if the student is staying on as a full-time CRLS student while taking a limited course schedule with Bridge to keep them up to date on progress and interventions needed to support the student.

MinimumRequirements:

Familiarity with HSEP & CRLS students staff and caregivers

Length of Contract:

August 25 2025 through June 19 2026

Contract Amount:

Not exceed $10000.00

Please note that your hourly rate is dependent upon your collective bargaining agreement or individual hourly rate. If you are a non-exemptemployee and have worked more than 40 hours a week you will be paid time and a half for any hours worked over 40 hours.
