Carlson Wagonlit Travel is currently seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Analyst to join our global HR Operations organization.
The role will primarily be responsible for analyzing investigating and recommending opportunities to improve employee value and satisfaction quality flexibility and reduced cost within the HR Operations organization. Partner with stakeholders to reach and maintain the agreed improvements and quality addition the Analyst continuously works with stakeholders in identifying areas for improvement and ensuring documentation is up to date complete and correct.
Responsibilities of the role:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in Business Process analysis Continuous/Continual Improvement and Quality Management.
Analytical approach to problem-solving and strong focus on user-experience
Experience in ticketing tools CRM Oracle Fusion or other reporting tools are helpful
Detail oriented and effective project and time management skills
