Job Description

The Level 2 analyst will perform monitoring of systems networks and applications level alerts. The GSD L2 Analyst will interface with Citrix engineering Level 3 staff and facilitate fluid transfer of information for both implementations and service restoration. Performing research analysis and isolation of alarms that require escalation; may have to perform additional research and/or triage when needed. Perform support and possible engineering roles on Large scale projects globally.

Technical skills and Computer Knowledge

Essential

Citrix: XenApp XenDesktop HDX Netscaler Storefront PVS MCS
Microsoft Operating Systems; Windows 2003 Windows 2008 R2 Windows 2012 R2 Windows 2016
Citrix Certification in XenApp and knowledge and experience
Active Directory knowledge and experience

Desirable

Solarwinds knowledge and experience
Nutanix Acropolis knowledge and experience
AppSense knowledge and experience
Service Now knowledge and experience
XenServer knowledge and experience
ControlUp Experience
