Job Summary
The Level 2 analyst will perform monitoring of systems networks and applications level alerts. The GSD L2 Analyst will interface with Citrix engineering Level 3 staff and facilitate fluid transfer of information for both implementations and service restoration. Performing research analysis and isolation of alarms that require escalation; may have to perform additional research and/or triage when needed. Perform support and possible engineering roles on Large scale projects globally.

- Citrix: XenApp XenDesktop HDX Netscaler Storefront PVS MCS
- Microsoft Operating Systems; Windows 2003 Windows 2008 R2 Windows 2012 R2 Windows 2016
- Citrix Certification in XenApp and knowledge and experience
- Active Directory knowledge and experience
Desirable
- Solarwinds knowledge and experience
- Nutanix Acropolis knowledge and experience
- AppSense knowledge and experience
- Service Now knowledge and experience
- XenServer knowledge and experience
- ControlUp Experience
