Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand team objectives and provide HR solutions that support performance growth and engagement.
- Lead and support end-to-end people processes including talent planning performance management employee relations engagement and career development.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on leadership team effectiveness and people development.
- Analyze people metrics (e.g. attrition engagement performance trends) to inform decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with COEs (e.g. Talent Acquisition L&D C&B) to implement HR programs that align with business needs.
- Support organizational change initiatives including team restructures process improvements and culture-building programs.
- Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns conflict resolution and policy interpretation.
- Advocate for and contribute to a strong inclusive and high-performing culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in an HRBP HR Generalist or relevant people-facing role.
- Strong understanding of core HR practices (e.g. performance management employee relations engagement).
- Comfortable working in fast-paced agile and dynamic environments.
- Excellent interpersonal problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work both strategically and tactically with a high degree of ownership.
- Experience working with data to drive insights and decisions is a plus.
