Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Senior Technicians Technicians and Tradesmen to carry out inspection component replacement and repair works supervise and coordinate the scheduled Preventive Maintenance and unscheduled corrective maintenance activities fault investigation and lead the modification works for maintenance support equipment and innovation plant facilities.
- Plan and organise daily maintenance activities for maintenance support equipment & innovation plant facilities implementing equipment modification tests / trials supervising contractors work.
- Ensure availability of spare tools and equipment for the maintenance tasks and supervise activities of improvement works.
- Ensure quality output and be a key member of the Fault Investigation Team to conduct fault investigation.
- Identify root cause and propose remedial actions for maintenance support equipment and innovation plant facilities.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- A minimum of 6 years relevant experience of which 2 years should be at supervisory level
- Strong analytical ability and interpersonal skills with good PC knowledge
Remarks
- Candidates with lower qualification but extensive experience will also be considered
