Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance and contractor staff to ensure smooth delivery of smart maintenance projects.
- Perform design reviews and collaborate with internal stakeholders and contractors to ensure compliance with contract specifications.
- Oversee project progress coordinate with contractors and stakeholders and resolve technical and site issues.
- Supervise installation testing and commissioning ensuring quality and safety compliance and report on progress and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify key performance indicators collect data and analyze it to gain insights into system performance.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Computer Engineering or a related discipline
- A minimum of 6 years relevant experience of which 2 years should be at supervisory level
- Possession of good analytical ability and interpersonal skills and be computer literate and self-motivated
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese with proficiency in Mandarin
- Experience with AWS and programming skills in C/Python/SQL is a plus
- Experience and knowledge of Rolling Stock is preferred
Remarks
- Candidates with lower qualification but extensive experience will also be considered
