As a Display Metrology Technologist you willDeep dive and FMEA for new display technology/architecture in prototype phase. Collaborate with cross functional teams to build end-to-end calibration and test corresponding metrology system with good balance of engineering requirements development cycle time and financial every aspect of a display test system including requirement specification hardware/software development and audit process trustable report with subjective data to help new display design convergence by revealing or even predicting hidden modeling simulation and machine learning to assist data driven progress and result in working level and executive level to 5% domestic international traveling
BS in Optics/Imaging/EE/CS/Physics
3 years of professional experience with at least 1 year in the camera or display industry
Knowledge in imaging optics image processing display and color science. Familiarity with optical metrology tools e.g. colorimeters spectrometers digital camera and light sources.
Experience with image processing algorithms development
Programming skills in one or more of the following: C/C/Objective-C/Lua/Python.
Can-Do mindset and always be ready to step in uncharted zone.
Ability to work in a collaborative highly cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English written and verbal communication skills.
MS/Ph.D in Optics/Imaging/EE/CS/Physics
Capability of plan design and drive experiment with limited resource or information.
Experience of instrument supplier bring-up and qualification.
Experience or deep understanding to AI/ML modeling
Strong programming experience: version control unit testing collaborative development
Experience collaborating with external vendors to integrate test solutions
