Job Description
Purpose of the role:
The role of the Client Relationship Manageris to originate institutional investor relationships raise capital and manage investor relationshipsin Central & Eastern Canada
Responsible for:
Represent Brookfield amonginstitutional investorsin Central & Eastern Canada.
Prospecting& originating relationships including but not limitedto:
Developing a strategic business plan for raising institutional capital for Brookfields private market strategies.
Conductingcompetitor analysisand research
Managing and executing the outreach to investors
Fundraising
Managing and executing fundraising of Brookfields private market strategies to institutionalinvestors including:
Initial pitches
Facilitating investment professional meetings and due diligence processes
Facilitating the closing and onboarding of investors
Managing investor relationships and supporting investors through thefull life cycle of the relationship including butnotlimited to:
Managing investor request
Coordinating client meetings preparing briefing notes attending meetingstakingmeeting notes and tracking follow-ups/next steps
Coordinatingroadshowsconferencesandclienteventswith respectiveteams
Bringing the Brookfield organization to the investor
Managingtheinternalclientrelationship managementdatabasethat tracks progress on marketing and relationship managementactivities
Coordinating and collaborating with all parts of the Brookfield organization to enhance the interactions and value theinvestor
Qualifications Experience and Skills
Fluency in French strongly preferred
Experience
10 years of professional experience ideally in funds management and/orIR fundraising
Experience with working with institutionalinvestors
Preferable:
Experience in real estate infrastructure and/or private equity assetclasses
Experience in analyzing and summarizing complexinformation
Fund marketing sales and supportexperience
Experience working in an international organization andteam

Qualifications
Appropriatecollegedegree in accounting/finance/business
Post graduate studies in finance MBA orCFA/CPA qualified would be highlyregarded
