Job Description
Managing Accounting Operations.
Financial Reporting.
Budgeting and Forecasting.
Compliance and Audits.
Strategic Financial Input.
Team Management.
Cash forecasting and Cash Management.
Ensuring tax compliance.
BOI Benefit and Regulations.
- Supervising daily accounting activities including general ledger maintenance reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Preparing and analyzing monthly quarterly and annual financial statements ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards (TH GAAP US GAAP).
- Developing and monitoring budgets forecasts and financial plans to support organizational goals and manage expenses.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations tax laws and internal controls as well as coordinating and overseeing internal and external audits.
- Providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with both Thai accounting standards and BOI regulations.
- Ensuring tax compliance. Making sure that the companys tax filings comply with local provincial and federal tax laws is another major task.
- Leading training and mentoring accounting staff fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Top management.
- Responsible for complying with safety and environmental rules and procedures.
- Responsible for attending safety and environmental trainings.
