Site Safety Supervisor
Singapore (Islandwide Construction Site)
Construction SGD$1400 - SGD$3000
Job Description:
The safety supervisor will liaise with the project owner/ consultant with regards to schedule and manage daily site work. This role will ensure that all works are carried out according to the approved method statement safety procedure and quality methods. The safety supervisor will assist the WSH coordinator to identify any unsafe condition or practices in the worksite. He/she will monitor report and ensure risk assessment control measures are implemented.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Carry out site coordination monitoring and reporting of daily work activities to project manager and relevant stakeholders
- Assist In-Charge to supervise site work according to work procedure
- Conduct and ensure compliance of risk assessment job safety analysis safety procedures checklists safety records are all in place
- Provide support to improving workplace site safety and cleanliness
- Attend Safetymeeting
- Conduct daily site inspections
- Ensuring that all incidents are reported immediately
- Participate and assist supervisors foreman and WSH lead in investigation of incidents to determine root cause and suggest necessary correction actions
- Participate and assist in all WSH related activities campaigns etc.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to work in a team
- WSH Safety Certificates
- WAH Certificate will be advantage
- Willing to work OT when required
- Minimum 3 years experience in construction
